How to find a listing of journal entries for the last month

We can generate a Journal report to see all entries made from the previous month in QuickBooks Online, Michael103.

You can sort the report by date, amount, or transaction number to make it easier to scan for the entry you're looking for.

Follow the complete steps below:

1. Go to the Reports menu and type "Journal" from the search bar.
2. Select a Report period for the last month.
3. From the Filter icon, choose the Transaction Type, equals, then Journal Entry from the options.
   
   

Now you can review the list of journal entries. You can click on any entry to see more details, which may help you confirm if it matches your receipt.
