Hi, bradshawconstruc.

 

If you're trying to track customer's billable expenses, you can pull up Transactions List by Customer report and customize it to show the information you need.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Reports in the left panel and look for Transaction List by Customer report.
  2. Hit Customize at the upper right portion of the report.
  3. Go to the Filter tab and choose a Customer.
  4. Click Run report.
  5. Filter the Dates. You'll see the Billable Expenses for the specific customer.
