Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll share information about the funding time for QuickBooks Payments. I'll also ensure that the invoice payment gets deposited into your bank account.
The customer payment usually reaches your deposit bank account the next business day. This is applied to a client who pays online via credit card. However, it still varies on the time you enter transactions and the bank you choose for payments to be deposited. It can also vary on how long it takes the bank to verify and process electronic deposits.
While ACH payments have updated one-day funding or if you have next-day deposits for ACH payments, your bank transfers will also be deposited the next business day.
For now, I recommend visiting the Merchant Service Center to check the status of the payments or deposits.
If there's an issue with a deposit, you'll see Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned in the Status column. Choose the arrow drop-down in the Fee column to review details. You'll get an email from us with steps to fix the issue. You can Check your email settings if you don't see any messages from us.
If the payment already shows deposited and still no funds show in your bank, I suggest contacting your financial institution to confirm if they require additional steps.
If you already checked with your bank but still need help or the problem continues to occur, I suggest contacting our Merchants Services Support Team. They're the best support group for such inquiries as they can request account information. They can also further verify the status of the payment and investigate why it wasn't deposited to your account yet.

Don't hesitate to post again here in the QuickBooks Community if you have additional questions about this matter or with any customer payment concerns. I'll be right here to help, billymashley.
