Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community. I hope your day is going great so far.
I see that you have QuickBooks Desktop tagged as your product. Are you having issues logging into your company file? Or are you having issues logging into your Intuit account?
If you're having issues logging into your company file as the Admin user:
Open QuickBooks and open you company file.
Click on I forgot my password on the sign in screen.
Choose an email then select Next. We'll email you a token to reset your password.
Note: If you don’t see your email address, select Don’t see your email in the list above? and follow the onscreen instructions.
Enter the token from your email.
Emails from us can show up in your spam folders. Check your spam and junk folders if you don't see your code in your inbox.
I understand all of these instructions. I am trying to sign into Intuit from Quickbooks. It doesn't ever reach the screen for me to log in. It just keeps spinning. There is no way for me to log in.
Thanks for following up with the Community, LS0223. I appreciate your additional information.
The built-in browser in QuickBooks has an SSL certificate that ensures if it expires, your page isn't blocked from loading. Instead, an unlock message signals expiration and can continue to load the page.
Since you're noticing a continuous spinning/loading screen when trying to sign in to your Intuit Account within QuickBooks, I'd recommend confirming your books are up-to-date with their latest release.
Here's how:
In the top menu bar, go to Help, then Update QuickBooks Desktop.
Access your Update Now tab.
Click Get Updates.
Once the update finishes, restart QuickBooks.
When prompted to install your update, select Install Now.
If the continuous loading screen continues after confirming your books are up-to-date, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. If you're unable to reach them within the product, you can find their direct contact information in the Product support section on Intuit's Contact Us page.
Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
I've also included a detailed resource about working with your built-in browser which may come in handy moving forward: Use our built-in browser
Please don't hesitate to send a reply if there's any questions. Have a wonderful Tuesday!
