I have QBO Plus - how can i see if a customer has viewed an invoice that was emailed?

Nice to see you in our QuickBooks Community! Yes, you can see if a customer has viewed your invoice by following the steps below:

1. Under the Invoices page/tab, click Sales on the left menu.
2. Go to the Invoices tab.
3. It should show as Viewed in the STATUS column as seen in the picture below.
