Question

I sold a company vehicle, how do I remove this? Each time I expense gas or repairs it populates as an option to expense to this vehicle. I have deactivated the vehicle.

I would like to remove the sold vehicle from populating every time  I have a vehicle expense, can it be removed permanently at this point? Thank you

The option to delete your sold vehicle is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed. I suggest sending request to our product engineering team so they can consider incorporating this functionality in the upcoming updates. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. On the Transactions page, click the Give Feedback. 
  3. A prompt window will show and add a summary of your product suggestion.
  4. Hit Send feedback.
