I use QBO Advanced, how do I get Classes vs Totals (budget vs Actuals) report show budget figures, also to make my filters work on Classes, currently all classes come?

To see your budget figures by class on the Budget vs. Actuals report, the budget must be subdivided by class when created. You can try editing your current budget to add the classes.

If a budget is created without assigning amounts to specific classes, the report will show $0 in the budget column for those classes, even if actual transactions have classes assigned.

Here's how to edit your budget:

1. Go to Settings, then select Budgeting.
2. Choose your budget, then select the drop-down arrow to View/Edit.
3. Under View budget for, click your class to edit the budget.

If you don’t have the option to subdivide by class while editing, you will need to recreate your budget. When setting up a new budget, make sure to select the option to subdivide it into classes from the start.
