I want old Invoicing view. I can't even use arrow keys.

Welcome to the Community! I'd be more than happy to provide you with some information about going back to the old invoicing view. 

As of May 6th, the option to revert back to the old invoicing view is unavailable. The new layout is to help improve certain aspects of QuickBooks Online. 

I can see how frustrating updates can be. However, I recommend submitting feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider adding this back to QBO. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Gear icon in the top right-hand corner. 
2. Press the Feedback option. 
3. Enter your suggestions. 
4. Tap Next to submit your feedback.
