The option to snap receipts is unavailable in QuickBooks Solopreneur. This is why you're unable to see it in the program.
For now, the feature is only offered in QuickBooks Self-Employed and QuickBooks Online. If you want to subscribe to these subscriptions, I suggest reviewing our Plans & Pricing page to know more about them.
