Invoices are showing wrong dates and invoice numbers

As of the past month randomly my Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2019 has been putting my invoices as 00001 and the dates are back to 2014.

I’ve ran all sorts of different possibilities I’ve found to solve this issue but nothing is able to fix it.

Has anyone run into this issue and has a solution?
