You've posted in the right forum, @cowens029987. Currently, the option to change the status of a paid invoice isn't available in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
As a workaround, you can note the details of the invoice. Then, delete and recreate it. Here's how:
On the left navigation, select Invoices.
Below the Invoices page, look for the invoice transaction we'll delete.
Click the dropdown icon under the Action column. Then, pick Delete.
