Is it possible to restore a deleted invoice?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't offer a direct "restore" feature for deleted invoices. However, we have the option to trace and recreate them manually through the Audit Log feature. It provides a comprehensive record of added, deleted, and modified entries. I'll guide you through the process below:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks account as the primary admin.
2. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit log.
3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date Changed, or Events filter to narrow the results.
   
   
    
4. You can see the deleted invoice from the Events section. 
5. Click View to open the audit history of the transaction.
   
   

Once you've gathered the details, you can manually recreate the deleted invoice.

If your customer pays the invoice, you can record the payment in QuickBooks Online.
