We're unable to change the way how your email looks on your customer's end. Invoice emails are actually presented based on your company information. The sender is the name of your company and the email is your email address, not our email. You can try sending a dummy invoice to your self to check this.
If your customer sees a different thing, please ask for a screenshot and share it with us.
We're just right here if you have other questions in mind.
Thank you for responding. So it does use my email when I send an invoice but when I send an estimate it says from quickbooks notifications intuit dot com instead.
I've got the steps on how to change the company email that you use for your sales forms. Changing or updating the company email you use for sending invoices in QuickBooks Online is pretty easy. I'll show you how:
Click the Settings icon at the top and choose Account and Settings.
Select Company on the left panel then click the Pencil icon on the Contact Info section.
Enter your new email address in the Company email field and make sure to put a checkmark on Same ascompany email.
Click Save, then Done.
Moving forward, the system will apply the new email address for your sales forms.
For future reference, I'm also including these articles you can check for further guidance:
Hey there! Thank you for responding. So it does use my email for invoices on the customers end but when I send estimates it says from (quickbooks..notifications..intuit..com) instead of my email.
I have the same issue. I do NOT want the invoice that lands in my clients' inbox to read "YOUR INVOICE IS READY!" as if it's the best news that they've been sitting by their computer waiting for. NO - this is business and a real transaction that should be treated in the same manner as any business dealing. Not like news you are receiving from an old friend. Please help.
Thank you for connecting with the Community! I truly understand what you mean, and I can see how this affects your business. What I will do is take note of this and submit feedback to our Developers about changing this in the future. They are always looking for ways to improve your service.
Please let me know if you have any other questions! My team and I will do our best to help. Bye for now!
