Question

Looking for a REPORT that shows if a CHECK has an attachment.IE attachment is missing, need to find back up for check, attach it in QB. Check Detail report is no good.

I can provide a workaround to help you view the attachments linked to your checks, Undine.

 

Since we're unable to access a specific report to locate attachments associated with checks, we can access them through the Expense Transactions tab.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to My Apps and click the Expense & Bills tab.
  2. Select the Expense Transaction option and filter for checks under the All Transactions dropdown.
  3. Click the Gear icon above the Action column.
  4. Check the Attachment checkbox to include an additional column for attachments.

 

Also, your uploaded attachment will be stored in the Attachment section for easy access in your transactions.
