QB not sending sales tax fields from card reader to QB Online
We just started using QB credit card reader to process in person sales in the last two weeks. We are having a problem that when we process a sale all is fine, but when we check sales at the end of the day on our desktop using QB Online, the sales tax field is not populating the field that was used when the card was processed.
I have been able to manually change most at the end of each day, but a couple have refused to allow me to change the Sale Tax Rate field as it states that the card has been processed and deposited!
The biggest issue with this is that my end of the month reports for Sales Tax liability is no screwed up as the reporting sales tax field is showing "Automated based upon location"! This maddening and after 3 long phone calls with QB support they tell me that there is no solution to this issue!
Are we the only people dealing with this nonsense?
