Quickbooks Desktop Bill Payment Stub Template

I was excited to see that there's now the ability to send a bill payment stub with bills paid. However, the standard template doesn't meet our needs and I need to customize the form. The bill payment stub template doesn't have buttons for Additional Customization or Layout Designer so I'm unable to make changes to the template.

Please help.

When will they update QBDT so we can modify ALL of the templates? I don't like the bill pay, or the payment receipt or the data that prints in the statements.

The response you will get from this is to report the issue / make suggestions to them.

The simple answer is NEVER. They are the worst.

I am currently using the manual Payroll on my QB enterprise and i want to customize pay slips to suit my company requirement but i cant find way through. i need help to go about it.

You can customize your pay slip in Payroll Printing Preferences within QuickBooks Desktop. However, keep in mind that some information cannot be removed due to FLSA recordkeeping requirements. To customize, here's how:

Click Edit and select Preferences.
Choose Payroll & Employees, then go to the Company Preferences tab.
Click the Pay Stub & Voucher Printing button.
In the Payroll Printing Preferences window, uncheck the details you don’t want on pay stubs or paycheck vouchers.
Click OK twice to save your changes.
