QuickBooks Online Management Reports

Trying to create a management report. Have already added both standard & custom financial statements. However, unable to select/add the following reports that both appear in the list of custom reports & have been confirmed to be 'shared All'

1) custom transaction report

2) budget vs actual report

 

Have tried adding both via the 'financial statements' section plus adding a new section, but no luck.

Suggestions?

You can switch to legacy management reports features and manually add the two reports. Here's how:
 

  1. Navigate Reports and click Management reports.
  2. Select Switch to legacy management reports.
  3. Click the +Create report.
  4. Enter the report name.
  5. In the reports and charts section, select Custom transaction report.
  6. Then, click the Add dropdown, select Report, and enter Budget vs. Actuals.
  7. Hit Save and Close.
     

Once done, choose the report you've created and click Preview to check the combined report.

    That worked, thanks! 🙂  Any thoughts as to when the full reports list will likewise become available for selection in the new version of Management Reports?

    We don't have any documented timeline for when the full reports list will become available for selection in the new management reports in QuickBooks Online Advanced.

     

    While our developers are still working to make the full reports available, you can follow the same steps provided by my colleague, @AntoniettaE, to work with some reports that aren't currently available.
