Hello there, Cpitts77. A quick data refresh is often all the app needs to get back in sync, as this clears temporary files that may be causing issues.
For iOS, go to the Menu, tap Intuit Account and Settings, then choose Refresh Now. If you're using Android, go to the Menu, select Intuit Account and Settings, click on Refresh Data, and then hit Refresh Now.
If the troubleshooting steps are not working and you still experience issues, you can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to ensure you have the latest version.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Live Support team so they can take a closer look at what's causing this behaviour and provide appropriate guidance.
Meanwhile, you can also sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through a web browser to Upload receipts or Google Drive.
