I have several rental properties which I own.  Currently I am "managing" another property for a family member. which I am receiving the rents, paying taxes, insurance and repairs from the rental income.  How do I report these in QB

Hi there, cmaskybeammailcom.

Thanks for posting here in the Community. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction for reporting rental property info in QuickBooks Desktop.

For this situation I recommend consulting with your accountant about the best way to make these entries. They'll be able to help you make the best decisions based on your unique business setup and workflows. If you don't currently have an accountant you can find one trained in QuickBooks by searching your area with the following link: Find a ProAdvisor

After you find out more about the specifics if you need a hand with the entries please don't hesitate to reach out. The Community always has your back.
