Sales Tax Overview and Returns Broken

I have put in a ticket that support closed saying it was fixed, but I am still unable to access my sales tax overview nor my sales tax returns. Has anyone else found a way to fix this? I am so ready to leave this ecosystem. This is beyond frustrating.

I know how challenging it is to have your work held up like this, Kirbs. To get this reviewed as quickly as possible, I encourage you to contact our Live Support team again, as they can check your account and identify the root cause of this issue.

Just click the Help menu inside your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, then go to the Search tab. Enter Contact Us and choose either Callback or Chat. You can also visit the QuickBooks support site for more details.

Most commonly this is when there is a partially configured Sales Tax Agency in the account. Try going to Sales Tax // Sales tax settings, and review the Tax Agency table.  Any warning icons for missing filing frequency should be resolved by clicking Edit and selecting a frequency and any related Agency settings.  For agencies that are incomplete and set to Inactive, make them Active then Edit to select the frequency, then make Inactive again.
