Good day,

Recently installed QB Enterprise 24 on a new computer, and I am unable to send anything via email. When I go to send a PO or invoice, I get the following error-

Unable to Send

QuickBooks was unable to send your form for the following reason:

We've encountered an internal error. Try again.

Emailing works on all the other computers. On the new one, we have run the tool hub, QuickBooks has been updated, and QuickBooks e-mail is selected under preferences.

Hi Ari, I appreciate the effort you put into running the Tool Hub and configuring your email preferences. To build on that, I have prepared a set of steps using the Verify/Rebuild Data tool to help restore your workflow.

Running the Verify/Rebuild data tool can help detect any system errors or damaged data in your company file. It also ensures your QuickBooks software runs smoothly.

First, let's verify your company data:

  1. Navigate to Window, then click Close All.
  2. Select File, choose Utilities, then hit Verify Data.

Next, here's how to rebuild your company file data:

  1. Navigate to File, then Utilities, and select Rebuild Data.
  2. QuickBooks will prompt you to create a backup before rebuilding your company file.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Select where you want to save your backup, then click OK. Do not replace another backup file.
  5. Enter a new name in the File name and select Save.
  6. When you get the message "Rebuild has completed", hit OK.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Live Support team. They have the tools to conduct a detailed review of your account, identifying the root cause of the problem and guiding you through the appropriate steps to resolve it.
