The customer paid using shopify, how do I process the refund?

Let me share some information to help you process the refund paid by your customer using Shopify in QuickBooks Online.

Since your customer paid using Shopify you can process a refund through the Shopify App. However, if you have already created an invoice in QuickBooks, you just need to match the payment downloaded from Shopify and then issue a refund in QuickBooks.

Additionally, if you have already processed a refund in Shopify, you will just need to match the refund from Shopify with the one you created in QuickBooks.
