Welcome to the Community, Eric. The error can happen for a couple of reasons, and I'm here to assist you with the fixes to get past it. 

This error may appear if an item you set up is not associated with an income account. Another possible reason is a temporary browser-related issue. I'd be glad to walk you through the troubleshooting steps. 

First, check the Products and Services page to see if the Materials item is associated with an income account. You can follow these steps: 

1. Go to the Gear icon. Then, select Products and services.
2. Once on the page, locate the item that has an issue, then click Edit.
3. Go to the Income account, then select the correct item.

After you have ensured that the correct income account is associated with the item, it might be a browser-related issue.

For now, let's open your account using an incognito window to eliminate the possibility of a webpage issue. Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:

Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N

Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

Safari: Command + Option + P

You can clear your cache to start afresh if the errors are gone. If the issue remains, consider switching to other supported browsers installed on your system.
