Where do I go to get a credit card receipt for my customer, that paid by credit card?

I'm here to help you get a credit card receipt for your customer's credit card payment.

To locate a customer's credit card payment, simply login to your QuickBooks Payments account. From there, you can access the Online Service Center to view transactions, deposits, and fees.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
2. From the Activity & Reports menu, select Transactions.
3. Select the Dates ▼ dropdown menu to change the date needed.
4. If you want to, select the Show advanced options to do a specific search using the transaction ID and expiration date of the card.
5. Select Search.
6. Once you find the transaction, select the transaction to see more details.
7. Click the small gear ⚙ icon to see your receipt options.
8. Choose whether you want to View Receipt, Print Receipt, or Email Receipt.
