It's great to have you here in the Community, orlando. I'm here to help you look for the snap receipt feature in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.
To begin with, let's start by performing some basic troubleshooting steps on your mobile device. Please note that if you've uploaded any data, it will remain in QBO and won't be deleted. You can update your data if your device is connected to the internet.
If you're using an iOS device, follow these steps:
Go to Settings and tap General.
Click iPhone Storage, then select the QuickBooks Online app.
Tap Offload App.
For Android devices:
Go to Menu, then click More Options.
Select Settings,then Refresh Data.
Tap YES to confirm.
Once refreshed, restart your mobile phone and check if you'll be able to snap a receipt. If the issue persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks mobile app. I'm adding this article for reference about mobile app features supported on mobile devices: Compare mobile app features.
Alternatively, you can use your desktop computer or laptop if you have access to it. Then, log in to your QuickBooks Online account via a browser to upload your receipts.
For future reference, I'll add this article to help you email your expense receipts and bills to get them into QuickBooks Online: Email receipts and bills.
