It's important that all your transactions be entered correctly for your books to be well balanced. One possible cause when not being able to see your transactions would be browsing data. These temporary files can accumulate in your system and cause errors in any cloud-based software like QuickBooks Online. You can resolve errors caused by browsing data using these steps before logging into QuickBooks Online:
Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
