Thanks for reaching out about your customer payments. QuickBooks Payments is a great tool able to help you receive payments for the services you provide your customers. I can provide some information about payments.

 

For assistance with payments not deposited in your account, you would need to reach out to the QuickBooks Payments support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view your payments account to see why the payment wasn't deposited so they can best assist in getting your money to you. You can reach them using these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
