Hi there,

Welcome back to the Community. It's vital you're able to enter the returned purchase expense and I'll be happy to show you how.

Based on what you've described, you'll need to enter a Refund Receipt to accomplish your goal. Here's how:

Create a refund receipt

  1. Select the + icon from the top right menu
  2. Select Refund Receipt
  3. Enter the required information (make sure to pick the account used for the refund)
  4. Select Save and close or Save and send from the bottom right menu

Give this a try and let me know how you make out. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact our support team using this link here.
