Hi there,

Using different invoice templates is a great way to differentiate your invoices. I'll be happy to share more info on this.

You'll have to manually change the invoice template when creating/sending the invoice. QB Online doesn't have the feature which allows you to automatically assign a template to an invoice based on its due date. For more info on customizing your invoice, check out this helpful article:   How to Customize Invoices in QuickBooks Online .

Give this a try and if you're still having issues, I recommend contacting our support team using this link

@James11_2 thank you for your response. I am surprise that the payment term we choose when doing the invoice doesn't appear automatically on the invoice sent to the client, that seems like an obvious feature, isn't it? Maybe it's just too obvious and it exists and i just can't find it?

thanks again for your time

No worries, Vivad. The invoice terms automatically show up on every invoice by default. I want to make sure your terms show up as well. I recommend contacting our support team for further assistance. Here are the contact details.
