Question

Can the Print or Save button be taken off when emailing invoices? My client does not want her customers to see this in the email.

Hi there,

Customizing the look and feel of your invoices is a great way to reflect your brand image in QuickBooks Online. QBO gives you the flexibility to show or hide various things from your invoice. I can see why your client may not want her customers to see the Print and Save icons in the emailed invoice. I'll explain how this works.

The Print and Save buttons aren't one of the optional fields in QuickBooks Online. When you email a customer an invoice, they'll always have the option to save or print the document.

I'd recommend submitting feedback about this to our software engineers. You can do that by clicking the Gear icon > Feedback. I'd be happy to pass this along on your behalf as well. We're constantly innovating and improving the user experience of QBO.

If you have other questions or concerns about this, reach out to our tech support team

Cheers.
