Can we create a packing list from the estimate before sending to accounting for invoicing? we are using QBO advance.

Glad to have you connect with us here in the Community. It's essential you're able to create a packing slip and I'll be glad to show you how. The program offers all the tools and the resources that help you streamline your accounting. 

Here's how you can create/print a packing slip in QuickBooks: 

1.  Go to Customers & leads and select Customers > Select the customer's name to display a list of their transactions. 

2. From the Transaction List tab, select the box next to each invoice or sales receipt for which you want to print a Packing Slip.

3.  Select the Batch actions dropdown, then choose Print packing slip. 

4. The print preview screen will open so you can select printing options, preview, and print.
