As part of setting up direct deposits, it is necessary to verify test transactions after the initial setup. Two small debits, each less than $1.00 CAD, are charged to your account as a test within 2-3 business days. The Principal Officer (owner of the bank account for direct deposit) and the Primary Admin will both receive emails for ID and bank verification. Most companies must respond to an ID verification email from notify@Quickbase.com with proof of identification, which may take up to two business days to approve.
Here’s how to set up direct deposits:
Select the Settings icon, then Payroll settings.
Choose Bank Accounts.
Complete the required fields for your Business, Principal Officer, and Bank account.
Click Save.
To verify the amounts for the direct deposit test transactions, here's how:
Select the Settings icon, then Payroll settings.
Choose the edit icon next to Bank accounts, then click Verify your account. This option becomes available 24 - 48 hours after the bank account information is entered.
Enter the two test transaction amounts in boxes (less than $1.00). Enter the cents only, without a dollar sign. (for example, 47 for $0.47)
