Can you print multiple invoices in a batch format in Quickbooks online

Welcome to the Community. It's important you're able to batch print your invoices so you can continue being amazing at running your business. QuickBooks Online makes it easy to print multiple invoices at once and I'd be glad to show you how.

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Select the Sales menu > click on the All Sales tab.
2. Select the checkboxes for the transactions you want to email or print. You can also select the Filter drop-down and filter by transaction type, status, date, or customer.
3. Select Batch actions and then choose Print transactions.
