Custom invoices

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a dynamic program that enables you to create and select templates for your invoices, that reflect your business.  I'd be glad to help!

It's important to know that when creating invoices, QuickBooks uses the first custom template you created as your default.  However, you can create additional templates, and select the one you'd like to use when creating a new invoice.  You'll just go to +New, then select Invoice.  Scroll to the bottom and click on Customize.  This is where you'll select the preferred template for your customer.  Here's a helpful guide, to assist you with creating a new template.
