QuickBooks Online Payment feature is a great tool to have. When your customers pay their invoice through the QuickBooks Payment feature, it will show as paid in your QuickBooks account once you have received the payment. To see the paid invoices you can click on the Sales tab and select Invoices. All your invoice will be there. You'll be able to use the filter option to find a specific invoice.
