Does anyone know how to identify which invoices are being paid when a customer pays from QuickBooks Payments?

Thanks for reaching out to us here. It's important to know when your invoices are recorded as paid in QuickBooks Online. I can provide some information on payments.

QuickBooks Online Payment feature is a great tool to have. When your customers pay their invoice through the QuickBooks Payment feature, it will show as paid in your QuickBooks account once you have received the payment. To see the paid invoices you can click on the Sales tab and select Invoices. All your invoice will be there. You'll be able to use the filter option to find a specific invoice.
