Does anyone know why half of my customer list has disappeared from the sales invoice drop down menu?

Thanks for reaching out here.  It's important that you're able to select a customer from your list when creating forms in QuickBooks Online.  I'd be happy to help!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser to improve overall performance and loading speed.  In addition, I recommend trying other browsers such as Firefox, Safari, Edge, Google Chrome, Private or Incognito.  Should you experience the same outcome, please contact us outside of Community, so we can look further into the issue from our end.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
