Thanks for visiting the QuickBooks Community. Invoices are created automatically if you have a recurring template for an invoice in your account. Let's run the Recurring Template List report to confirm if you have any scheduled recurring invoice template. Here's how:
1. Go to the Reports tab on the left menu. 2. In the search field, enter Recurring Template List. 3. Select Name in the Group by drop-down menu. 4. Click Run report.
The report will display the TRANSACTION TYPE, TEMPLATE NAME, PREVIOUS, and NEXT DATE of the recurring template/transaction created.
