Guys, this is terrible. Why do all of the invoice templates have a long gap in the columns between RATE and AMOUNT? Can someone fix this?! It should be so easy.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online offers customizing options for your invoice templates to enhance your business forms.  I'll be happy to help!

Adjustments can be made to your forms directly from your QuickBooks account.  Here's how:

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and then Custom Form Styles

2. Find your template and select Edit in the Action column

3. Click on the Content tab 

4. Hit the Edit ✎ to the right of the middle section of your form

5. Select Edit Labels and widths

6. Make the necessary adjustments

7. When finished hit Done
