QuickBooks Online has a built-in feature for tracking quantity when generating invoices. However, the option to track units of measure is not available. We can only track the total amount of the product. You’ll want to include this information in the item’s sales description.

When you mention that one box contains 10 pieces, does that mean that selecting the box will automatically include ten pieces? If so, you can use the Bundle feature to achieve this. First, set up an item to track the chocolates. Then, create a bundle that contains 10 chocolates. When you enter an invoice and select this bundle, it will automatically show the ten chocolates from that box.
