How can I remove the "pay invoice" link from the recurring invoice email?

Welcome to QuickBooks Community!

I'd be glad to show you how to deactivate the Pay Now function on QuickBooks Online. 

1. Gear Icon
2. Account & Settings
3. Sales tab
4. scroll to the bottom click the pencil in the online delivery section
5. click the drop down and change from Online Invoice to Plain text
6. click Save

The option will no longer be available on the invoice or in the create invoice screen.

Plain text will Not have the option to pay invoice 

Online Invoice Will have the option to pay invoice
