Question

I have set up accounts in my chart of accounts but when I try to enter an invoice the account won't come up?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online enables you to enter your supplier invoices effortlessly.  When information is unavailable, or missing, it can be concerning.  I would be glad to help!

 

My first suggestion is to take a look at the Account name, in your Chart of Accounts.  This is to ensure that it hasn't been renamed.  In addition, I recommend clearing cache on your browser, to help improve system performance and web page loading times.  You may want to try another browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, Safari, or a private/incognito window.
