I’m getting error message when trying to upload snap receipts even though I have full internet service. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Could you please provide a screenshot of the exact error message? I would also like to know which device you are using (iOS or Android). In the meantime, uninstalling and reinstalling your app or testing on a different device is a fundamental step we can take to resolve this issue.
