I'm looking for my invoices for January 2021 to August 2021 but can't seem to go back further then 365 days. Wondering how to access those invoices.

Thanks for reaching out to us here, and Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! QuickBooks Online is a great tool to have, It allows you to keep track of all your transactions. It's important that you're able to access your past invoices when you need to. I can provide some information on how to find past invoices.

 Let me show you how to find your past invoices.

1. Head to the the Magnifying glass icon beside the Help option
2. At the bottom right of that page, in blue you'll see Advanced search
3. Click on Advanced search
4. from the drop down menu beside Search, click on Invoice
5. Select Add filter
6. Click on the Date filter and enter the date you would like to find
