I need to change the shipping address on an invoice that has been exported from Fullbay.

Having accurate addresses on your sales forms is a great way to keep a record of where you shipped individual products. Whenever you set up a new customer, you'll have the ability to specify a default shipping address. You can also set the shipping address on individual invoices. I'll gladly help you get this done.

You can edit the shipping address on any invoice in QuickBooks Online. To make sure the field is enabled, simply open any invoice. If you see the Shipping to field, you're all set! If not, click on the gear icon in the top-right and make sure Shipping is checked. Once that's done, you'll just need to modify the information the information under Shipping to then Save and close.
