I need to show to add to an invoice a discount line and product notes

QuickBooks is a powerful program that helps you run your business with peace of mind. I'd be happy to show you how to add a discount line to your invoices so you can get back to doing what you love. 

Here's how to add a discount line to your invoices:

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Click on the Sales tab.
4. Click the pencil icon under Sales form content.
5. Put a checkmark into the box next to Discount.
6. Hit Save and Done.

When creating an invoice, you'll see a section labeled Message on invoice. This is where you can add your product notes and other info. I encourage you to try the steps above and let me know if you have questions. I'll be a message away if you need anything.
