Delivery issues when emailing invoices to your customers is currently a known issue in QuickBooks Online, our Engineers are working hard to get this issue fixed. I recommend trying some troubleshooting steps to try resolving it for your account. Here are some steps to resolve issues that are caused by browsing data:
Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
If you are still not able to successfully email Invoices to your customers, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting as well as view your screen to see what may be causing the issue. They will also be able to attach you to the list of affected accounts so you can be notified when the issue is resolved. You can reach out to them using one of these methods:
