Is anyone having trouble sending invoices through the app to clients

This behavior, where invoices are cannot be sent, can be resolved by clearing the app's data. Doing so refreshes the application and eliminates common issues that prevent invoices from being sent.

For Android devices, you can resolve the issue by following these steps:

1. Open Settings on your Android device and select either Apps or Apps & Notifications.
2. Find and select the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app.
3. Tap Storage or Storage & Cache, then choose Clear Data or Clear Storage.
4. Confirm the action if prompted.

For iOS devices, follow these steps:

1. Open your device’s Settings and tap General.
2. Select iPhone Storage and locate the QBO app.
3. Tap Offload App to free up storage and refresh the app's functionality.

If the issue continues, you can uninstall the app to completely refresh its data, then reinstall it to begin with a clean setup.

Alternatively, you can access QBO via a web browser to confirm if the invoice was sent.
