Is there a way to print a list of what invoices have been sent to customers rather than having to go to each individual invoice to see if it has been sent?

There used to be an option in Invoice Lists to check off "Sent" but now there isn't that option

Hi @jls49. The option is often hidden in the new Modern view version of the report within the updated interface. By reverting the report to Classic View, you can check the box beside Sent to display invoices that you've sent to your customers in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:
 

  1. Go to the Reports menu and search for Invoice List.
  2. If the report looks new and simplified, click the Switch to classic view inside the More Actions icon.
  3. Click the Gear icon on the report and check the box for Sent.
  4. Set your date range to All Dates or your specific period and click Run report. You can now print this list or export it to Excel.
