My most recent payment coming in is not showing up in Transactions so I cannot categorize. This was not an invoice so sales receipt was sent. Please advise.

QuickBooks is a versatile program that simplifies the way you manage your transactions. I'll be glad to assist so you can view all your transactions in one place so it's easy to organize your transactions. 

Based on what you've described, it's important to note that QuickBooks downloads the latest available transactions every night around 10 PM PT. This may be the reason why you're seeing a delay. How long of a delay are you experiencing on your end? I also recommend manually updating the bank feed by clicking Banking on the left navigation menu, then click "Update". This should bring in any missing transactions.
