Question

Need availability to email my suppliers a bill and also to attach documents just like you can for invoices to customers? Not having this is very inconvenient

The  function you've described above isn't available. I can see the benefit of having this function and I encourage you to send feedback about this to our engineers. You can send feedback by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback.

I’ve been requesting this function for the past year and have called and left feedback to the engineers multiple times. I have to email my suppliers screenshots of the bills which looks very unprofessional.

I hear you on this. I also recommend searching for third-party apps that can assist you with achieving this goal. You can search for these apps on our app store www.apps.com.
